Our SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED to cover possible damages caused by transport, for this reason without this prior procedure, we cannot consider your claims for material damages.

Merchandise returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization from Grupo SDM. Returns, replacements, or exchanges are not allowed if the original packaging is not available.

Products manufactured on demand are excluded from return. The merchandise will be delivered on the ground floor or concierge, excluding other types of delivery such as flats, attics, etc. Consult land transport regulations.
