Do you have any questions?
Grupo SDM operates exclusively as a wholesale supplier, providing pricing and access only to professionals (individuals or companies) within the furniture, interior design, and contract sectors.
Eligible clients include:
- Manufacturers, wholesalers, importers, exporters, and furniture retailers
- Stores specialising in décor, lighting, gifts, technical supplies, and related sectors
- Architects, interior designers, and decorators
- Furniture rental companies and exhibition/stand suppliers
- Purchasing groups and large-scale buyers (hotels, restaurants, franchises, supermarkets, etc.)
Prior to granting access to pricing or account credentials, Grupo SDM may request documentation verifying business activity and relevant tax information.
If you do not belong to these sectors, please contact us and we will connect you with an authorised distributor.
Grupo SDM operates exclusively on a wholesale basis and does not sell directly to private individuals.
However, please let us know your requirements and we will direct you to one of our authorised distributors.
You can create an account via the “Create Account” section using your email address and password.
Once registered, we will verify your business and tax details. Upon approval, you will gain access to pricing and be able to place orders securely using your credentials.
To place an order, you must first register and have your account approved.
Ordering process
1. Product search
Products can be found via:
- The Products section
- The Categories menu on the homepage
- The search bar (by product name or reference)
2. Add to cart
Select the desired quantity and click “Add to Cart”. You may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
3. Order processing
Within the Quick Order section, select delivery details and shipping method.
Payments are processed via proforma invoice, as the platform does not include an online payment gateway.
4. Confirmation
Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation followed by the corresponding proforma invoice.
Important information
- Orders are reserved for 96 working hours upon issuance of the proforma
- Orders not confirmed within this period will be automatically cancelled
- All contracts are deemed to be concluded at Grupo SDM’s registered address in Spain
Delivery times depend on the logistics provider.
Estimated delivery times:
- Mainland Spain: 5–7 working days
- Portugal: 7–9 working days

Important: All goods must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported within 24 hours to: logistica@gruposdm.com

Shipping costs are available in the Transport section.
Orders above €600 net qualify for free delivery within mainland Spain.
Portugal
A full delivery address (including postal code) is required to calculate shipping costs.
European Union & International

- EU companies (outside Spain) are exempt upon providing a valid VAT number
- Non-EU customers, as well as Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, are VAT exempt

We can arrange delivery directly, with shipping costs included in the proforma invoice.
Alternatively, delivery can be made to the client’s freight forwarder.
We can also provide contacts for shipping agencies operating regular routes.
We currently deliver to the client’s designated freight forwarder, who manages export logistics.
Shipping agency contacts can be provided upon request.
Orders can be collected from our warehouse 48 hours after confirmation.
For urgent collections, please contact us in advance.
Collection details will be included in the proforma invoice.
All goods must be inspected upon delivery.
- Damage must be noted on the delivery note
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours
- Returns require prior written authorisation
- Products must retain original packaging
- Made-to-order items are non-returnable
